This course will show some pediatric dental cases that presented as “routine,” new, or returning patient exams. Radiographs will be presented, the cases and treatment planning options will be discussed.

What is Rheumatoid Arthritis, how does it present and get diagnosed in our patients? What are the potential complications we can expect? What types of pain management strategies can we use as we explore joint deliberation and clinical considerations for our arthritic dental patients? (*two hours pain management)
Make sure your messages are delivered and received accurately. Emphasis will be placed on choosing communication that increases relational satisfaction for both people in the relationship. We will pay particular attention on achieving high quality customer service to those inside and outside the office, especially in these trying times.
This course will provide a standardized method for documenting intra and extra oral findings. Learn to develop an office protocol for action taken and follow up when detecting a lesion. We will discuss documentation as a legally accountable standard of care action and examine data collection forms.
